Understanding how we deliver our products

It is important that our clients know exactly how it is that their orders, purchases, registrations and refunds will be handled with the Tender Heart staff.   Please see below a full list of our terms and conditions (including our policies) as they apply to shipping, delivery, customer service, refunds, pricing and security.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

 

 
Shipping Costs

We have a standard shipping rate of $10 for all orders under $150 that are ordered through our website.  For orders over $150, these will be calculated by the size and weight of your product which is calculated upon request and in accordance to the pricing stipulated by our shipping company Sendle.


Cost of delivery to Overseas locations will vary from country to country.

Delivery Time Frame

Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days within Australia and 3-10 business days for International orders. Please call the Clinic on +61 405 337 611 or email martingladman@outlook.com if your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame.

Please be aware with the impact of COVID-19 on delivers, these time frames many be different and delays in  postage  may be  experienced.  We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, this id due to no fault of our own.

 

Shipping Destinations 

Tender Heart ships goods worldwide. (Some conditions may apply to the USA and Canada and other countries, where shipping restrictions apply).

Digital Products

Where digital products are available in our store, we supply them as an MP3, PDF or ZIP download. Upon receipt of payment for your digital goods you will receive an email to the email address you have specified during  the  check out process. If you have problems downloading your digital file please contact admin@tenderheart.com.au 

 

* Please note that if you are paying by Direct Deposit or Cheque / Money Order your file will not be available to you until payment has cleared into our account and your payment has been identified. To ensure your payment has been identified, be sure to email the details of your transaction to: admin@tenderheart.com.au

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

Tender Heart is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

 

 

 

REFUND POLICY

 

 
Shop

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the website.

 

 
Events

We offer a full refund if, at the end of the session, workshop or course, the client or participant does not feel satisfied.

At any point during the session or event, if the client or participant is not content, they are free to leave and walk out with a full refund – no questions asked. However, after a 24-hour period from when the session or event ends, no refunds will be given.

 

We trust that this is respectfully understood and ask that you are respectful of this generous policy.

 

 
Unforeseen Events

All workshop schedules and plans are subject to change at our discretion should any exceptional circumstances arise. In the event that it is required to cancel the session or event, we will provide a refund for the cost of the session, workshop or course.

We can accept no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss, or additional expenses due to changes in the services.

 

Booking Yourself and Others 

In registering a booking for yourself or another for any event or session with Tender Heart, you are agreeing to accept all the above conditions for yourself and on behalf of another.

 

PRICING POLICY

 

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) where applicable for Australian residents.
